Amazing experience!
First time in Europe, Amsterdam is my favorite city so far. We loved the colorful houses on the banks of the canals. It looks like a fairytale almost. Our guide was extra polite and very knowledgeable. We were fascinated to learn that there are over 60 miles of canals in Amsterdam. Also, he gave us some pointers where good food can be found at a more affordable price.
Great tour with lots of content!
Had an amazing time visiting Amsterdam! The Amsterdam canals look amazing, and going through them made me appreciate the beauty of the city and the significance of the canals themselves. Dutch cheese and wine were very tasty, I may have had a glass too many maybe for my plans afterward, but could not help myself. The hostess was very friendly, and our captain was quite pleasant. All of it comes together very nicely in a superb experience. Would recommend!

It is a local legend that people who kiss on or underneath this bridge will last forever in their love! The Red Light District, the oldest district in the city built around 1385, has long been known for its night workers, as Amsterdam was always a bustling port through which many people traveled. Amsterdam has a green and sustainable initiative, and the canals are a big part of that!
Amsterdam has a goal to become CO2 emission-free as soon as 2030. You will notice the number of bicycles riding around when you are in the capital of the Netherlands. You will also see a major focus on using renewable energy sources such as windmills and solar panels. The raw materials used are aimed to be halved by the year 2030, and they are planned to be fully reused with no new raw materials by the year 2050. You may wonder how the canals fit into this story, but the canals are one of the biggest factors in the sustainability initiative. This is because they are such a vital part of the transportation of people and goods in the city - thus reducing other means of transport. When we add the fact that more and more boats are going electric in the canals to reduce emissions further and to reduce noise pollution, we can see how the whole city is very cohesive in its sustainability identity.
